Planning a trip to the Barossa Valley and need reliable transport? We’ve put together some of the most common questions about our services to help you book with confidence. Whether you need an airport transfer, transport after a concert, or a larger vehicle for a group, our locally owned and operated team in Tanunda is here to assist. Read on for answers to frequently asked questions about bookings, vehicle options, service areas, and more.
1. Are you locally owned and operated?
Yes. We are based in the heart of the world-famous Barossa Valley, in the township of Tanunda.
2. If I book a return airport transfer, can I get a discount?
Yes. If at the time of booking you make your return booking, we also offer a discount on both ways.
3. Do you pick up in Adelaide CBD or metropolitan Adelaide?
Yes. A lot of our work is from the major hotels in the Adelaide CBD or smaller accommodation places in the Adelaide CBD. We often pick up in metropolitan Adelaide also.
4. Can I drink alcohol onboard?
No. We are not licenced for the consumption of alcohol onboard our vehicles. You can buy alcohol from venues, but it must remain sealed in transit.
5. What is your largest vehicle?
We have three 13-passenger vehicles available. These are our largest. In addition to these three 13-seater buses, we also have 7-seater maxis as supporting vehicles.
6. Can you take me back to Adelaide after a concert in the Barossa Valley?
Yes. Being based in Tanunda, we have the most cars/drivers available after concerts to take you back.
7. If I book a return transfer, can I leave my belongings in the vehicle?
No. Unfortunately, due to other customers and jobs in between your return job. We also cannot guarantee your belongings. We suggest you take your belongings with you.
8. Do you have larger vehicle options?
Yes. These need to be negotiated at the time of booking. In some circumstances we can utilise bigger vehicles. However, these bookings do have to meet certain requirements.
9. Do you have child seats available?
Yes. We have forward-facing child booster seats available. However, for your child's comfort, it is recommended, where possible, that the parent(s) supply the child's usual child booster seat.
10. Do you take a deposit or prepayment to secure my booking?
Yes. We do accept pre-payment or a deposit payment to prepay or secure your booking. This can be done by EFT or over the phone by credit card.
11. What is your service/coverage area?
All Barossa Valley, Light council district, and surrounding areas and pickups in Adelaide CBD or Adelaide Metro are coming to the Barossa Valley.
12. Do you have accredited drivers?
Yes. All our drivers are accredited via the South Australian government and associated processes, such as working with children checks, crime checks, and medical/fitness checks.
13. Do you operate on public holidays?
Yes, by prebookings and prior arrangements.
14. Are you locally owned & operated?
Yes. We are based in Tanunda, the heart of the Barossa Valley.
15. How do I book?
